Delete Your NestleAI Account

NestleAI respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal information at any time.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

If you have access to the NestleAI app:

1. Open the NestleAI app
2. Go to the "Discover" tab
3. Tap the gear icon in the top-right
4. Tap the "Manage" account button at the top
5. Tap "Delete Account" and go through the steps

Once confirmed, your account deletion request is processed immediately.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account:

• Your account profile is permanently removed
• Baby profiles and associated data are deleted
• Sleep, feeding, diaper, growth, and tracking history are deleted
• Journal entries and memories are deleted
• Uploaded photos and documents are deleted
• AI chat history is deleted
• Subscription access is canceled at the end of the current billing cycle

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data Retention

We do not retain your personal data after deletion except where required by law (for example, limited billing records required for tax or financial compliance). Any retained data is minimized and stored securely.
