NestleAI Account Deletion

You can delete your NestleAI account and associated data at any time directly from within the app.

How to delete your account in the app:
1. Open the NestleAI app and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll down to Account and select Delete account & data.
4. Read the information shown, then tap Continue to delete account.
5. Confirm your choice and complete the deletion flow.

After you confirm, we permanently delete:
• Your account and login
• Baby profiles
• Sleep, feeding, diaper, pumping, and journal logs
• Memories, photos, and AI stories
• Cloud backups and synced data

Once deletion is complete, this data cannot be recovered.

If you cannot access the app:

If you no longer have access to the app or your account, you can request deletion by emailing us at privacy@nestleai.app from the email address associated with your NestleAI account.

Please include “Account deletion request” in the subject line. After we verify ownership of the account, we will delete your account and associated data.
